The next thing to you need to do to get rid of a fat tummy is to think about exercise. First figure out which days are going to be convenient for you to exercise, and stick to these days no matter what.
You will need a training plan consisting of the exercises that will be doing. Your aim is to burn as many calories as you can, so you need to opt for exercises that can achieve this. Basically this means doing some training wih weights and cardio training. Don't make the mistake of thinking that crunches or other tummy exercises are going to help you to get rid of the fat around your tummy. They won't.
Your stomach muscles will strengthen but you will not burn much fat. It is the extra calories that have given you a fat waist, and it is these that you need to get rid of. You will need to concentrate on exercises which burn the most fat.
The hardest thing for you will be to stick with your program. If you can do this, then you will find that losing tummy fat fast is a goal that can be reached easily.
