Are you too heavy to exercise
Most individuals who are overweight are afraid to start an exercise program. Not knowing what to do or how long to exercise or even waking up sore the next morning is a turnoff. It is embarrassing to step foot into a gym with others who are more fit. You can never be too heavy or out of shape to start an at home isometric exercise program. With a good isometric exercise program you will be taught proper body positioning and easy to follow exercises to obtain the best results. You are taught to listen to your body so you can tell when it is time to increase intensity with your exercises. Isometric exercises are a great starting point for anyone who is wanting to lost weight and gain strength without being sore or charlie horsed.
There are TV shows such as the Biggest Loser that we watch and drool over when we hear individuals losing 8 – 18 pounds in a week. Please understand that these individuals are exercising 6-8 hours a day. Personally I like to exercise because it makes me feel good but I only exercise for 30 minutes a few times a week. I am a wife, mother and business owner. With isometric exercises I can break up my workouts into many segments throughout my busy day. I save time going to and from the gym and don’t have to change clothes. With isometric exercises you do not have to sweat. (This is if you perform only one exercise at a time.) Isometric exercises do not include aerobic activity. That is separate. In order to lose weight you need to build muscle to burn calories and isometric exercise is a great start.
Your aerobic activity can be three rounds of ten minute walks or a one time thirty minute walk. You need to increase your heart rate every day. You will also need to be aware of your caloric intake and not over do the junk food. I believe in smarter healthier choices and portion sizing your foods. I also believe in 6 small meals a day. The more energy you have the more you will want to move. The more you move the more calories you will burn. Remember you are never too overweight to start an isometric exercise program.

It`s never too late to lose weight
