Body Fat and Abs - What You Need to Know

I know you are frustrated!  Despite all of you efforts you cannot achieve that cut and chiseled ab 6-pack that you long for.  You think that you've tried every abdominal exercise, every fad diet, every fat-loss pill and magic supplement powder you've seen on the fitness and bodybuilding magazine pages, all of the boring cardio routines... and yet, despite all of your efforts, you still have soft flabby abs with extra belly fat hanging out there covering up that six-pack that you desperately want.  I feel your pain!

Women like tight abs on men.  Men like tight abs on women.  It's true.  Realize that you'll only continue to be frustrated with your body fat and flabby abs for the rest of your life if you don't educate yourself and make some changes in your life.  Deep down you know this and that's why you are reading this article.  Understand, that today you can come to the realization that anyone, including yourself, can have those rippling abs that you desire.

In reality the relationship between body fat and abs is a simple one.  The more body fat that you have, the less chance you (or anyone else) will ever see your abs.  Contrary to that the less body fat that you have will allow those rock hard abs to pop through!  Unfortunately, a guy with low enough body fat % to have a nice set of abs is few and far between these days.

If you can relate to having a huge beer gut or you are someone that works out on a regular basis and still cannot achieve the abs that you want then it should be obvious that you need a different plan.  You have to make some important changes in your life in order to reduce body fat and let your abs shine through.

Simply put, when it comes to body fat and abs you have to make some drastic, but necessary changes in your life.  If you do then doesn't it make sense that your body will change drastically as well?  Have you figured out the secret to having great abs yet?
