Boost Your Metabolism And Lose Weight

If I could show you how to lose weight without dieting, would you be interested? LOL, I thought so. Well it is possible. If you did nothing else but changed the way you eat you could lose weight. By increasing your metablolism your body will burn more calories which could help you lose weight.

Eating every couple of hours is a good way to increase your metabolism, which as I said, allows your body to burn mores calories.

Just by changing your eating habits you can be on your way to losing those unwanted pounds. You should get in the habit of eating every 2.5-3 hours to keep your metablosim moving. I know is this easier said than done, as I've experienced from everyone I've tried to instill this habit onto. I know some of you have schedules that would make it ALMOST impossible to eat every few hours, and some may have schedules that fit right in with this. But the fact is, the more active your metabolism is the more calories your body will burn.

I believe most people could work this eating schedule into their daily life without to much fuss. The big question is, do you want to? You need to stop making excuses and start losing those extra pounds. Start by planning your meals ahead of time. This may seem like a pain but once you start doing it regularly it takes maybe 10 minutes a week. Eat smaller portions of what you usually eat and just spread them out thoughout the day. Now if you just did that and nothing else, you would find that you would lose a few pounds after a period of time. So if just a change in the way you eat can help you lose weight, imagine what you could do if you made a few more changes on top of changing your eating schedule.

Imagine if you also changed what you ate and maybe decided to do a little exercise at the same time. Guess what you just stumbled onto the secret to weight loss. Weight loss shouldn't be about starving yourself, on the contrary, you should be eating good healthy foods every couple of hours and exercising 3-5 times a week and feeling and looking good.

So thats my little secret, if you want to call it that. Everyone has heard this before I am sure but most people don't believe it works or are to lazy to even try it because "they don't have time". I'm here to tell you, if you want to lose weight, your gonna have to put in some effort.

So, change the way you eat, start eating a little healthier and exercsie a bit and you could get that body you've always wanted or used to have.
