Ahhh, it's summer. And it's time, once again, to see if you can fit into last years swimming suit. The question is: are you going to go for the one piece or the bikini? You know which one you want but the issue is will it fit? If you're even asking yourself this one, you might be also asking yourself "can I lose 20 pounds in one month?" A month will still give you plenty of basking in the sun time and 20 pounds isn't really that much to lose. But before you go try another one of the fad diets that will just cause you misery, you need to know there is an alternative.
The diet industry is a huge business and the people that run those television commercials featuring famous people shilling their public weight issues are getting enormously rich. There's nothing wrong with advertising and if people are actually losing pounds because of it, all well and good. But how many of their clients are shelling out good money month after month and just having their weight yo-yo up and down? No one wants to lose money trying to lose the same pounds over and over again.
So what if there was a way that you wouldn't need to feed the monthly corporate cash cow? What if you could have a system of weight loss that was easy, natural, and fun? Well, you can. And to be honest, it's pretty easy. That said, it is a completely new and revolutionary method that you probably have never heard of.
I needed to lose 20 pounds a few years ago for my wedding and I looked all over creation for something that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. I didn't want to starve myself or stop eating the foods I enjoyed. And I found a way that would allow me to eat more often and still lose 20 pounds.
What I found out was that the type of calories I was consuming and the order I was consuming them is what was causing my body to store fat instead of burning it! Wow, this thought had never occurred to me. I had no idea that my metabolism was actually remembering the type of food I was putting into my body. Apparently this was causing my system to anticipate these foods and was pre-programmed to burn or store the fat. Just this little bit of information enabled me to quickly and easily (and more importantly, safely) lose 20 pounds in a month.
