A popular saying in the lose weight industry these days is the term ‘to lose weight is not a free launch’. But is that really true? That being said, one should also increase exercising. I have to straighten out some things here. Exercising doesn’t mean one should have to start going to the gym to start exercising. A regular early walk of say 2km around the house is ok. You could even start trekking to your place of work if it’s not too far from where you are staying. You can also turn all that you have been using machine to do around your home to what you will be doing yourself manually. Mowing your lawn can come in handy here. But don’t stress your back too much.
In addition to that, adding diet soda to your refreshment menu is fine. Since diet soda is sugar free, artificially sweetened and non alcoholic. This is perfect for you only that you will spend a few dollars here to get it. But all the same it’s like it’s free because you won’t be spending money on diet pills.
