Five Excuses Not to Jog... and Their Antidotes

It`s not a secret that jogging may enhance your metabolism, help you burn fats, make you feel better because of the serotonin secretion, and build nice hips. With all those benefits, why you still hesitate? Here are the five main reasons that may stop you from jogging. Fortunately, we also have the “cure” for them:

Excuse #1: Your bust is too large.

If you have large breasts this may be painful when you`re jogging. In this case, you have only one solution: buy a resistant bra, from an elastic material.

Excuse #2: You cannot run for more than five minutes.

For starters, why do you need more? It`s normal to breath faster and be exhausted after only few minutes. Don`t panic and alternate jogging at an easy pace with walking.

Excuse #3: You always feel a deep pain in the chest after jogging.

This may happen due to the fact that you`re eating to less, too much, or you`re not breathing correctly during your workout. Try to eat a banana or drink a glass of juice with half an hour before working out. During jogging, pay attention to each breath.

Excuse #4: Your knees hurt.

This may happen because you muscles are under too much pressure. Try to have stretching exercises for ten minutes before jogging.

Excuse #5: You don`t know what to wear.

This may be a problem, especially if you want to keep up with the latest fashion. Fortunately, you have many possibilities to choose from. Try to choose clothes that make you feel comfortable.
