It is a common misconception that men and women have the same hair. Different types of hair such as curly, straight, coarse, or fine will dictate the kind of hairstyle one may have.Straight Hair can be thick or thin but when in perfect, shiny condition, it gives the impression of a shimmering sheet of hair. A straight, blunt cut to the length you decide is best. Curly Hair is perhaps the most versatile.

Short hairstyles are most of the popular hairstyles. A short hair style that suits you and your lifestyle can dramatically change the way you feel and look. It is about the basic elements of balance, line and movement. Layered hairstyles are one of the most popular hairstyles these days. This style works best on straight hair, preferrably long hair. Layered hairstyles begin with fringes and locks and then the layers are appropriately given. The layers are then done for the complete hair length. The longer the hair the more visible this hairstyle. If you want a longer hold for your style when using a curling iron, try spraying the hair before you iron with a thermal styling spray. A buzz cut is the American name for a type of haircut named after the sound of the electric razor, which is used to shear the hair very closely to the scalp. It is also a popular summer haircut for children, mainly males. It is one of the most rapid haircuts possible, and can take little more than a minute to cut when done with good quality clippers. A buzz cut is worn by some men to conceal thinning hair.
