High Sugar cause Fatigue

Nothing is good like this Truth is that you have lots of potential energy from high levels of glucose (sugar) in your blood, but your body is unable to make use of it. You can't produce or properly utilize insulin. Insulin a hormone intended to transmit the blood sugar that cells use for energy. Continuous  rise of sugar level in body in any form make you tired. Though sugar is more important for energy in body. So the studies have shown that body with low sugar is also dangerous than having high sugar.

Insulin resistance is the underlying problem for the majority of those with diabetes. The reality is that in 90% of all diabetics (those with Type 2), the pancreas produces plenty of insulin, but the cells resist the efforts of insulin and won't let the blood sugar in.  In turn the level of sugar (glucose) in the blood begins to rise. More unused sugar in body more the fatigue.  So the body with diabetic is feeling fatigue even without work.

It is Dangerous  to have High Blood Sugar

Yes, Uncontrolled high blood sugar does more than sap your energy. It puts you at risk for heart disease, nerve damage, vision problems, memory loss and a weakened immune system. The good news is that, in general, for every 1 point reduction in A1c, the risk of developing diabetic complications is reduced by up to 40%. This is powerful evidence that shows any progress you make in controlling your blood sugar will result in tangible health benefits. Do exercise, use cycle or walk whenever you need. Avoid car, scooter. By this simple way you will make use of sugar in your body.

Remember stabilizing your blood sugar is a reality and is very important in maintaining and keeping your health. Because Health is your personal asset.
