Lose 20 Pounds in Three Weeks

 

Is it really possible to lose 20 pounds in three weeks? Will you have to starve yourself, give up all the carbs, fat, sweets...everything that you like? And do really want to all that calorie counting? There are so many fad diets out there that promise you amazing weight loss that it can make your head spin.

You probably have your own reasons for wanting to lose weight. It could be an important family event like a wedding or graduation. Maybe you want to buy that skimpy bathing suit for the beach.
