There are millions of books and almost as many diets that promise us that we shall depart. As we know nowadays is that these diets and programs do not work in the long term. Lose weight in middle age is increasingly perceived as frustrating and even seen as impossible.

Lose weight in middle age is certainly possible
Here I give you seven tips to help you in middle age will lose weight easier. These are tips you can apply separately. Choose the tips that could be important to you and ignore the other tips.

1) Do not look for excuses why you could not lose weight
Stop with the many excuses like: "I can not lose weight because I am in the menopause" and "overweight is in my family" or "I have a job where I sit all day so I automatically get overweight. Write yourself a new slogan for example, the following words occur: healthy, fit, exercise more etc.

2) What are the reasons why you do not lose weight?
Know exactly what you stopping to eat healthier and exercise more. What it your obstacles making it difficult for you to lose weight?
Write these obstacles on a list and think a serious plan to overcome these obstacles.

3) deliberately choose to lose weight
Be aware of your language (in mind). Try to say and / or thinking: "I choose to take this cookie or snack" instead of "but I take this cookie or snack because there is nothing else, I have no other choice".
