Seafood’s such as clams and shrimp and gelatin contains fluoride. Another important mineral is iron that helps in growth of the body as it helps with skin tone and the hemoglobin in the blood. It is generally found in foods like liver, eggs, cereal and red meat.
Thus these are just a few of the minerals that you need in order for your body to grow and function properly and its deficiency can cause severe results.
