Each team is given a personal trainer that works out with them for hours each day and works with them on their nutrition and calorie intake. Having access to a personal trainer each day and learning how to prepare their own meals is essential to the contestants having success after they leave Biggest Loser ranch.The contestants also have challenges where they can win prizes throughout the week. The scariest part to those watching might be the idea that the contestants have to get on a huge scale and show all of America their weight each week. And each week contestants are worried about their team being able to put up the correct numbers, because they have to weigh with their family member.
