Next, a well-planned and balanced diet is a must. Make sure you eat constantly and consistently throughout the day. Starving yourself just would not work. Your body needs a meal every two to three hours that is light, balanced, and nutritious.  This can require a lot of foresight if you are planning to use these proven methods of reducing abdominal fat to your advantage.  Planning ahead and bringing meals with you will often be necessary.

Number four of the best 5 ways to lose abdominal fat is to drink plenty of water.  Your body needs water, more than most people realize. Water can naturally suppress the appetite and aid in flushing out sodium, toxins and fat. Water also aids in maintaining proper muscle tone by enabling muscles to contract and by preventing dehydration.

Finally, the most important of all of is to stay motivated and not lose your motivation!  Changes don’t happen overnight and you may not notice anything changing but as long as you are following these proven methods of reducing abdominal fat, your body most assuredly is.  Stay focused, stay determined, and get the stomach you’ve always wanted!
