You keep yourself off from junk food. And you negotiate the treadmill for an average of two hours a day. You don't even count the number of trips you make to the nearby coffee shop everyday, walking. You're thin, alright; but still, you have saddlebags on your thighs and whenever you raise your arms, they shake like there's an 8 on the Richter's Scale.

Exercise and right diet are not enough in defeating cellulites; being thin is not even a guarantee that you will have toned and firmed muscles. If you want to be free from the physical and emotional difficulties caused by having cellulites in your thighs, hips, arms and some other parts of your body, you need to have a broader cellulite reduction action plan. Not only must you eat the right food and do regular exercise, you must increase your body's ability to fight off cellulites as well.

To do this, you can try the effectiveness of aromatherapy. As you may well know, aromatherapy is making a huge comeback these days. It has been used by ancient civilizations as cure for many illnesses. And now, it is again becoming increasingly popular among health enthusiasts in dealing with many of today's health problems.

By using some essential oils, aromatherapy experts claim that the appearance of cellulites in the body can be significantly reduced or improved; and they are talking not only about using your sense of smell. Here's the rub, this claim is backed by studies suggesting that certain essential oils, if used for massage application, are responsible for improving the circulation of blood in the body, cutting down toxins and decreasing the body's fluid retention. Read on to know the four common essential oils that can be used for cellulite reduction.

Juniper

Juniper oil is well known for enhancing blood circulation and for melting away fats. This essential oil can also clear clogged skin cells. For your use, you can put together about thirty drops of juniper oil with olive oil; then use the mixture to massage the areas where you want to reduce cellulites.

Rosemary

Rosemary oil is a mainstay among healers and herbalists that apply aromatherapy techniques. This oil is known to improve blood circulation and metabolism in the skin. In a manner of speaking, as cellulites are basically fats trapped under the skin, rosemary oil can provide the push needed to flush out cellulite.

Lemongrass

This oil is proven to help in the enhancement of blood circulation; which in turn, is an important requisite in cellulite reduction. Lemongrass is also known to aid the body in fighting against one of the causes of cellulite buildup which is excessive fluid retention.

Grapefruit

Grapefruit oil is mainly recommended to soothe muscle fatigue. It is also used for firming up the skin and lowering the body's level of fluid retention. For this reason, grapefruit oil is effective for cellulite reduction.

With these four essential oils, you could be well on your way to a cellulite-free body. Through their fragrance, not only will your mood be altered but certain processes in your body which are responsible for eliminating cellulites will be activated; take metabolism for instance.

But before rushing off to your nearest aromatherapy shop, do not forget to consult your doctor, particularly if you are pregnant or you have any medical condition. And always make sure that the essential oils you use are pure and natural.

Also remember that in your fight against cellulites, you can make use of clinically proven products available in the market today. For your cellulite problems you can try products like Celluthin. Click on www.celluthin.com for more information about cellulite reduction.
