When I go online and read weight loss plans with names such as " Idiot Proof Diet " I'm thinking; this diet must have a record of evidence that prove it is working successfully or is it just a hype to provoke the readers curiosity enough to visit their website? I know that this is only a nick-name of the famous Fat loss 4 Idiots diet but there is a reason why this nick-name is used and this reason has to do with the handbook the Fat loss 4 Idiot weight loss plan is using. It's called "The Idiot Proof Diet Handbook".
In this handbook they have formulated ten rules or steps on what to do for losing 9lbs per 11 days. If you apply these rules, you can do it too.
Here are the 10 Rules for Weight Loss according to The Idiot Proof Diet Handbook:
Rule #1 - Practice calorie shifting.
The calorie shifting concept is a main pillar in the Fat loss 4 idiots weight loss plan because this is what will really speeds up your weight loss compared to other diets.
If you go for the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet plan you will not have to think about what to eat; the system will generate an 11-day meal plan for you. How this is done is also explained very thorough in the Handbook.
Rule #2 - Practice Meal rotation
What I mean is rotating your meals from day to day with respect to what kind of food you eat. For example; you can rotate between carbohydrates day one to protein on day two then back to carbs on day three and so on.
Rule #3 - Eat four meals per day and there must elapse at least two and a half hours between them.
Rule #4 - Prepare your meals at the comfort of your home and then you have full control of what you eat. Don't go out eating. Fast food restaurants are a big "no-no".
Rule #5 - No candies, snacks or other sweets. You can slack a little on this rule, for example you can eat snacks once a week. Why not pick one day of the weekend?
Rule #6 - Stay away from all drinks that contain sugar
Rule #7 - No gravies or rich, fatty sauces but you can use any kind of seasoning you want to spice up your food.
Rule #8 - You must drink water many times a day first and foremost because when you drink water you will fill up your stomach and thus automatically eat less. Moreover, it's healthy to get your system cleansed regularly with water.
Rule #9 - Allow plenty of time for your meals. Eating slowly will prevent stuffing and overeating.
Rule #10 - Walk 30 minutes each day at least. Walking is a great way of exercising when you want to lose weight.
If you follow the idiot proof diet rules listed above you will be on the right path for accomplishing your weight loss goal. Don't expect miracles with these rules alone; to shift your metabolism into high gear and really speed up your weight loss you need to learn a couple of other tricks.
