The Number One Rule You Must Follow To Lose 17.5 Pounds By The End Of The Month

Losing 17.5 pounds in one month is not rocket science. However, you may not be faulted for thinking that losing weight is difficult. This is because you most likely have been exposed to so much misinformation in the media and fitness magazines which tell you that the only way to lose weight is to adhere to strict dietary regimens and follow them to the tee. Far from it, the actual truth is that by simply making some small changes to your diet, you can get on track to losing weight quickly.

If you want to shed those 17.5 pounds in 4 weeks, simply change what you drink and set aside two days each week on which you will abstain from eating junk foods. Contrary to what the media has been selling, you can see how simple this rule is. What's more, this is a rule that works in helping you lose that desired weight in one month. By simply avoiding sodas such as sprite and coke, as well as milk shakes and other drinks rich in fat, you will be able to maintain your health while dieting.

Ideally, you should replace these drinks with increased quantities of water, orange juice and milk. Avoid alcohol, but if you have to drink it, reduce the amounts of your intake. Also do not eat any fast or fatty foods for two days each week. Try to be a vegetarian for these two days a week and your weight will be minus 17.5 pounds by the end of this month.
