1. Acupuncture is painful and risky

2. You can catch skin diseases from tanning beds

Tanning salons are however required by law to disinfect the liner in the tanning bed after each session. 3. Sauna's cause hair loss

There is no direct evidence that suggests that individuals using saunas on a frequent basis are prone to premature hair loss or balding.
