plan eating habit taking the right combination of food at the
right time. Your health will improve and you will shed some
weight.

3.Be In Charge: You should be in charge of what goes into
your mouth and ultimately your body. Though there are
many many things you can not control, what goes into
your mouth is not on this list.
Fast food has a lot lots of fat but we love them because of the
flavor. Lots of the fast food outlet are not particular about
your health but you be particular. After all is your life.

4.Eat AT The Right Time: Your body is programmed in
a way that it goes into survival mode when it feels starved.
Any weight loss through starvation does not last because
the body stores the fat and only looses water and muscle.
This is why you feel weak and inactive when you are hungry.
Never skip meal because you want to shed weight especially
breakfast, this is the most important meal that keeps you
going by supplying needed early energy.

5.Vegetable And Fruit Magic: It could be argued that fruits
and vegetable is mot feeling but have you ever considered the
reason why vegetarians seems healthier than a lot of us on the
other side. Eating grains, legumes, lean animal protein etc
makes you eat well without necessarily adding weight. A step
back to more natural foods would improve our health and waistlines.

6.Increase Fibre Intake: Fibre stays in the stomach more than
other food substance we eat, this helps in slowing down the
rate at which food is digested. Once the rate of digestion is slow,
it means your food intake drops. Meals of fiber content helps in
reducing the amount of fat that the body absorbs.

7.Eliminate The Junk: Foods like cheese stand out as among the
most fat-laden, with a great number of calories coming from fat.
But as important as it is to select the healthiest foods, it is also
important to consider how they are prepared.
Fried foods, especially deep-fried, contain a great amount of fat.
While chicken and fish are usually leaner than beef or pork, they
can contain more fat when they are fried.

The time is now do not wait another minutes before you take
the step in weight loss.
