The Suddenly Slim plan is an herb-based weight loss program that offers a fast method to shed pounds using meal replacement shakes, pills, and supplements. This diet claims that within ten days, it can increase the metabolism to make the body burn calories and shed excess weight without altering diet or exercise habits.
The products used in this diet plan have a variety of herbal extracts often found in herbal-based weight loss products. The diet plan claims that the herbal extracts work by reducing the appetite, increasing energy levels and metabolic rate, and cleansing the body in a detoxification process.
The diet lasts for only ten days, during which the dieter consumes diet shakes and takes diet pills. The shakes are meant to satisfy and eliminate hunger and provide the body with essential nutrition. The diet supplements and pills include ingredients such as caffeine, green tea, and soy protein to promote health and losing weight.
