I have run a beauty shop for many years and one of the prime questions that I get asked almost daily by my customers when I ask if I can help them is, "how do I lose weight?"
I guess at some stage of our lives we have all tried to lose weight. Some are successfull while many battle to lose weight, and of course as you get older, the battle becomes more and more intense with many losing hopelessly against the battle of the bulge.
Now when I get asked the famous question in my shop, my very first reply is, "Well what is causing you to gain weight?" Needless to say this is answered by sheer shock, blank faces and all the other reactions that you can expect when you catch people totally off guard.
The sad fact is 95% of people who want to lose weight have never ever sat back and thought about what is causing them to gain weight. If you don't know why you are gaining weight, how can you ever expect to fight it and win your battle against the bulge. It is like going out to war and not knowing who your enemy are. You are armed with the latest starvation diet, the best diet supplements and you can not really use them effectively because you do not know what you are fighting against.
So what are you fighting?
There are millions of diets and thousands of diet aids that are all going to help someone lose weight but the multi million dollar question is whether they will help you to lose weight.
Each person gains weight due to a different set of causes. Some gain weight because they are emotional eaters and some because they are bored and have nothing else to do but eat, whilst others eat the wrong foods etc. Now if, for example, you are gaining weight due to emotional eating, you will never be able to diet effectively. You can go on the best diet that helped Suzie Wong to lose 30 lbs in 1 week, and you will be doing great, but suddenly an emotional problem hits and you seek refuge in food, break your diet, feel more guilty, eat more and then give up on the diet. It was not that the diet did not work, but rather that the diet was not suitable to you and your personal weight loss needs.
In dieting supplements, there are distinctly different diet products that have different purposes. There are Fat burners, Fat Binders, Appetite Suppressants and Detox agents. Each of these have a different purpose and are designed to treat a specific cause of weight gain.
By now, I am sure that you are starting to realise is that the reason why you failed to lose weight before was not because you are a failure or that the product which you chose did not work, but rather that in all probability, the method of weight loss which you chose to follow was not suitable to treat the cause of your weight gain.
There is a little site that has taken all of the above into consideration and which has gone into the trouble of sorting which products are best for treating each different type of weight gain. They then go on to review the top products in that category so as to make it easy for you to choose a specific weight loss plan of action that is going to be tailor made to suit your personal weight loss needs. Fatweightlossreview is there to assist you to make the correct choices so that you will not feel like a failure in your weight loss efforts.
