Easiest Homemade Wine - How To Make Your Own Wine Effortlessly

Making homemade wine is easier than people think. There is a basic method and a more advanced method. While the advanced method will produce better tasting wine, it is also for the more experienced winemaker and covers advanced techniques like different acid levels, etc.

If this is your first venture into the world of wine making, there's a very easy way to start and that's by making homemade wine from juice. The best fruit for making wine is grape as it is the only fruit balanced in every respect. It has the right equilibrium of sugar, acids (tartaric, Malic, Ascorbic etc.), yeast nutrients, tannins, water content, etc.

You will need the following:

- fruit (or fruit juice)
- boiling water
- sugar
- yeast
- large jar with lid
- surgical glove (or balloon)

Extract the juice from the fruit and pour it into the jar. Then add the boiling water. Add sugar to taste (normally a few cups) and a little bit of yeast to help the fermenting process. Push a small hole through the lid of the jar and close the lid. Then tie the surgical glove around the lid. The reason for this is that in the fermenting process gasses will expand and if it cannot escape (through the hole in the lid) the jar can explode.

Wait until the surgical glove has inflated and then later deflated. When fully deflated your wine is ready! Enjoy!

Since you now know the basics the next step is to start experimenting with different fruits, quantities of sugar and yeast, etc.
