Every Other Day Diet Review - Fat Diet Plan Review

The Every Other Day Diet is designed to restrict calories and burn fat by manipulating calorie intake and tricking your body to think that no restriction has taken place even though it has. This is because if your body knows that calories have been decreased your metabolic rate will slow down causing less calories to be burned. You can still eat all the foods you love and you do not have to count calories, if done correctly!

There are three conditions that must be followed to succeed with the Every Other Day Diet.

 - You must be dedicated. If you do not really want to succeed and stick with it you won’t. So make sure that you really want to start this new journey before starting it.
Some kind of exercise is required. It does not have to be anything extreme but it must be something.

 - You must be reasonable. Just remember that you did not become overweight overnight and you will not become thin overnight. It is gonna take some time to get the body you really want and deserve.

With the Every Other Day Diet Program there are “burn days” and “feed days“. Burn days are the days that you consume fewer calories than your body needs. Feed days are the days that you can consume what ever foods you like and you will consume more calories than your body needs on these days.

This diet does not have you eating 6 or 7 small meals a day. You will eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and then a “detox meal“. A snack is allowed on burn days between lunch and dinner.

If you have failed on other diets before because you are not allowed to eat what you want or you feel that you are too restricted on food this just might be the diet for you. You should give it a try and you should be losing weight in no time.
