How to Get a Tighter Vagina Fast

As you have gotten older, the muscles in your body have lost their elasticity. This includes your vagina. It isn't as strong as it used to be and you can tell. Try recreating this sensation by pulling your vagina into your stomach with the same muscles that you use to hold in your urine. Try holding them in for 5 seconds then releasing. Repeat this for 15 times and then you can do another set if you wish.

Try doing kegels at least a few times a day and you will notice that it is how you get a tighter vagina fast.
