How To Get Your Body to burn fat while you sleep

Today why don't we learn about metabolism and how you can do simple things in order to speed yours up so you will burn fat even while you sleep.

Metabolism is like the fire inside a furnace. Depending on how big that furnace is will depend on how much fire it will take to heat more efficiently. And thus how much fuel it will need to consume to maintain that proper heat.

Mitochondria is like a furnace. It needs fuel and oxygen in order for it to produce a burn or fire if you will. As a furnace might be in the basement of your home, mitochondria resides within all of the cells in your muscles. If you were to examine a person having weight loss difficulties, you would find that they have only one mitochondria in there cells. A person with what you would call having a fast metabolism has at least two. Which helps them burn fat constantly even at rest. So if you want to lose weight and keep it off your main objective should be to increase your metabolism.

Your probably thinking "that's just great, I'm stuck with one mitochondria. There goes my chances of being thin right out the window". And that probably would suck if it were true. Because you see, you have the ability to manufacture more mitochondria within your cells and make them always on, so your burning fat continuously without lifting a finger.

When you here all the hype out there about re-setting your matabolism, this is what they mean. Because if you want real lasting weight loss this is what you must do.

But don't start thinking that this is some insurmountable task that's for the elite or gifted individual. Anybody with a muscle in there body can increase their metabolism with very little effort. The biggest obstacle standing in your way would be that lump of grey matter parked between your ears.

I will tell you right now that you are looking at 6 months or less to get your matabolism to do a 180. That's the point where the furnace is primed and on permanent burn.

Once you have doubled or even tripled the mitochondria within the cells of your muscles and you learned how to increase the oxygen to those cells, fat will be striped from your body like no tomorrow, automatically even while you sleep.

Before I go I want to give you an exercise that you should do on a daily basis and

this exercise will do is get your lymph fluid moving to remove waste and toxins from
your body up to 15 times faster than normal. Combine your food properly along with

Deep breathing exercise: Inhale for the count of 5. Hold it for the count of 20.
Exhale for the count of 10. The ratio is 1:4:2. When you inhale, make sure you do it
from the diaphragm. Your belly should puff out as you inhale. Do ten of these three
times a day and you won't believe the amount of energy you'll create for yourself.
