• Don’t wait until the very end to start “dieting” and “exercising”.
• Don’t starve yourself by doing calorie deprivation diets.
• Don’t eat bland and boring foods or you will not be able to stick you your wedding diet for long.
• Don’t waste time just doing cardio, wedding weight loss is achieved with weight training.
• Don’t eat only 1-3 meals per day, this will slow metabolism.
• Don’t eat sugar, processed foods, or high fat foods.
• Don’t drink juices, sodas, or sports drinks.
• Don’t eat high sodium foods.
• Don’t cut out carbs completely from your wedding diet.
Wedding Weight Loss Do’s
• Do start with your wedding diet & wedding workout program as soon as you get engaged.
• Do eat 4-6 times per day. This will speed fat loss and help you burn calories all day long.
• Do take the time to cook and prepare healthy but tasty meals so that you can stick to your wedding diet and lose weight.
• Do perform 3 weight training workouts per week followed by 20 minutes of interval cardio.
• Do drink at least ½ your body weight in ounces of WATER.
