Exercise is a physical activity which keeps your body busy in movement it can be any thing such as walk, cycling etc. Exercise is an essential for good health as it is a universal truth that health is wealth so keeping good physical health needs a proper exercise daily. If you are physically healthy you can achieve all milestones because it is also a fact that physical health has a deep effect on mental health also.

WHY WOMEN NEED TO EXERCISE MORE?

 Although women fight off diseases better then men but its also a fact that women get more diseases than man.Most of the women die of the heart diseases. This is due to the their negligence to health as most of the women spend most of their time at homes. So, they do not have to work physically that is why they are surrounded by heart diseases as heart is the pump of the body. If heart doesn't get proper circulation of blood it may malfunction which may be fatal and the proper circulation comes through good exercise. That is why exercise is really essential as well as beneficial for women.

Benefits of women exercises:
1. less cardiac diseases.
2. Resistance to gaining weight.
3. Good physical and mental health.
4. Good immune system leading to a better health.
5. Better health better life.

How can you exercise?

1. Take part in sports. swimming is one of the best women exercise.
2. walking,jogging.

4. Neck roll.
5. Shoulders.
