The woman's Breast is a symbol for femininity, fertility, attraction and beauty ever since. The shape improvement of a small or an undeveloped breast is done by prosthetic implant made of silicon. This prosthetic is actually a round bag filled with silicon jelly or physiological water.

The silicon implant is very similar to a normal breast stickiness and viscosity. One of the most prevalent Implant is the silicon jelly, mainly because it gives a natural feeling when touching it; also it is safe to use and was approved in many countries. There are different kinds of implants, the size and type matching will be done by meeting with the surgeon.

The operation is done with full anesthesia. The common method is to cut 4-5 centimeters in the low part pleat of the breast, while through this cut creating a bladder under the breast or the breast muscle. Into that bladder a silicon implant is inserted. The operation could be done also by cutting around the coronet or the armpit.

Many women confuse breast enlargement and breast lifting. Small and drooping breast requires lifting and enlarging operations. Breast enlargement operation alone just worsen the condition of drooping breast because the skin and tissues has to cope with the extra weight. Breast Enlargement surgery can be combined with Breast lifting surgery, thus it is one of the most complexed breast operations and also includes the complications of both surgeries.

The implant can be inserted under the breast or under the breast muscle. Insertion under the muscle is more frequent; the danger that the capsule might shrink is lower and the implant doesn't disturb while performing monographic check.

The positive aesthetic results of the breasts enlargement surgery are better among women with small breast, and less positive amidst women who involves with bodybuilding. The pain after the breasts enlargement surgery are stronger and longer. When inserting the implant above the muscle, under breast tissue, the risk that the capsule might shrink, likewise, the odds of creases creation are bigger.

In this case, the implant could interrupt the mammography exam, and different filming angels would be necessary. When there is enough breast tissue and the implant is not too big the insertion process is simpler and the recovery is easier.

Both of my teenage daughters received the vaccine last year. My older daughter has complained of being tired a lot and of having muscle weakness.   I have taken her to the doctor several times in the last year.  They tested her twice for mono, strep, and also did a routine blood count to check for other issues.  What can I do to see if this is related to the vaccine?  It scares me to think that her symptoms could become worse?
