Walking offers a host of benefits: fresh air, sunshine, and exercise. But walking may offer far more.

Jane Nolan regularly walked past her local museum. Jane discovered a wealth of history about her town. Jane has found a good reason for her weekly walks: she's now a volunteer at the museum.Through simple walking, Jane lost pounds and gained a new interest.
