Now the question is if Helen Keller can live happily for 78 years even with so many problems, then why not us?

Willis H.Carrier was an Engineer, he was once given a project of installing GAS CLEANING Devices which was a million dollars Project. after installing those devices Carrier came to know that the devices are not performing according to their promised outcome and due to that Carrier was blamed for the loss of million dollars and he got very depressed and even lost his sleep but then he thought that worrying this much would not help him to overcome this situation.so he came up with a technique to deal with this problem and the technique was very effective that he still uses it even after 30 years. 

 

There are 3 simple steps in this technique

 

STEP 1. ANALYSE THE SITUATION FEARLESSLY AND HONESTLY AND FIGURE OUT WHAT IS THE WORST THAT COULD POSSIBLE HAPPEN 

 

WhenCarrier thought about the consequences, he learnt that due to this failure hewould not be imprisoned or put to death sentence. rather his name in the marketwould be affected and $20 million would be lost. 

 

STEP 2. MENTALLY ACCEPT THE WORST POSSIBLE OUTCOME

 

Carriersaid to himself that alright if it has happened, I will work hard again and getmy name branded in the market. and I will make my employees understand that theloss of $20 million was a cost of testing our devices.

Carrier said that if he didn't have followed these steps and continued worrying then he won't be able to get these results. 

 

This technique is very helpful for us because when we accept the worst then our mind diverts and stops worrying. So we can easily concentrate on different solutions of the problem that is causing stress.

And when he came back he gained almost 90 pounds weight, he almost forgot that he has Stomach Ulcers, he was surprised to know that he is now cured from that disease. We should not get depressed over things which we don't have rather we should feel happy over the things which we already have. This one principle has made my life very easy because whenever I get worried over something, I start thinking that at the same time there are people who are dying because of hunger, there are people who do not have shelter to live in, there are people who are being beaten by the cruel ones. and look at me I have all these things, sitting in a room over a comfortable bed in a secure house having healthy food and still cursing my life for just a small issue? 

 

All of us curse our lives because of these small issues in life but believe me when you ask someone who is dying and has only one day to live, to take your worries and life then he/she will happily take your life and will still be the happiest person in the world.

 

If you want to end STRESS, ANXIETY, WORRIES and DEPRESSION then 

MAKE A HABIT OF COUNTING YOUR BLESSINGS

ATLEAST ONCE A DAY and say thanks to your God. 

If you start doing this only then you will realize that how rich you are than your thoughts!

 

DON'T ALLOW YOURSELF TO GET UPSET OVER SMALL ISSUES

I still remember that I saved money for a long time to buy a good Cell Phone for myself, and I bought it and one day my cell phone slipped from my hand and got broken. I got very upset and broke down to tears and started feeling like a sick person. But today when I think about that situation it makes me laugh.

because Emotions cannot be controlled but our Actions can be controlled and the good thing is they are interconnected. 

Just by acting you are feeling good then you start feeling good.
